What does self defense mean to you? This show Paper Hope Street Team set out to work with Leighton PDS and 'Learn No Defeat' through Dustin Leighton's self defense instruction. We will be discussing why self defense at all ages is important to women and why the specific type of training that we received through Leighton PDS was so helpful and important.
