Dr. Greg Mills directs the Johannesburg-based Brenthurst Foundation (South Africa). He holds a BA Hons from the University of Cape Town, and MA and PhD from the University of Lancaster. From 1996-2005 he was National Director of the South African Institute of International Affairs.
