I'm a wine girl. Always have been, probably always will be. However, about seven years ago, I started working at this amazing Wine Shop that carried a BUNCH of Single Malt Scotch...The rest they say is history. I fell in love with Scotch. And that led to Bourbon, Cognac, Armagnac, Irish Whiskey, etc. However, the World of Cocktails was confusing, messy and lots of work. Just drink it neat and enjoy the beauty of your beverage. Then I discovered the 'craft cocktail' movement. I found bars and restaurants that were actually MAKING the cocktails, not mixing the Tequila with a pre-mixed Margarita
