In the midst of seeing his country's "descent into hell," from 1965-1997, under the totalitarian rule of Dictator Mobutu Sese Seko, of the Democratic Republic of Congo, attorney Jean Mbuyu, was imprisoned when he sought an explanation for the massacre of civilians in the city of Lubumbashi.
