Alexandra van der Ploeg joined SAP in 1999, in charge of management development for SAP Switzerland. Over the next decade, she held various managerial positions in Human Resources. For the past three years, she has managed global CSR programs at SAP AG, developing and implementing the Power of Small competition. In addition, she is responsible for the Yunus Social Business Initiative in Haiti, implementing an infrastructure for social businesses to foster long-term economic development in Haiti, in cooperation with Peace Nobel Prize Laureate Professor Yunus.
