Tom Law is the Managing Editor of ST Publishing, Inc., the award-winning publishing company that produces The Saratoga Special and Steeplechase Times. Law is expected to play a role in the Fair Hill, Maryland-based company’s expansion and will assist in marketing, sales, and editorial efforts at a satellite office in Saratoga Springs, N.Y. in early 2013.
