Increasingly, organizational volunteers want to get involved and get to engage their talents, skills and knowledge to “give back” to their communities. Mostly, they want to make a difference and are no longer willing to do back office, supportive kinds of activities. Volunteers want to work alongside professionals and be part of a team!
