Most of us have heard someone described as a visionary, but have you ever heard someone described as a visionary leader? A visionary leader is one who not only has foresight, but also one who supports a culture of entrepreneurial spirit with those he or she leads. In essence, someone who understands the importance of team buy-in and collaboration, and someone who is okay being challenged if it will advance ideas for the betterment of the whole.
