Secretariat's final time for the Preakness was changed to a track record after review of the tapes this year. Our second guest Tom Law, is the Managing Editor of ST Publishing, Inc., the award-winning publishing company that produces the Saratoga Special and Steeplechase Times. He has been at Pimlico all week watching the works and the behind-the-scene happenings.
