The Four Agreements, a book written by Don Miguel Ruiz is based upon ancient Toltec wisdom from the native people of Southern Mexico. The Toltec were known as a people of knowledge. Within the tribe were many scientists and artists who created a society to explore and conserve the traditional spiritual knowledge and practices of their ancestors.
