It’s been a bit of a cruel summer in Philadelphia, and we aren’t just talking about the transition from rain-soaked to sun-stroking days. The baseball team has been playing only tantalizing well enough to make you think they can make the postseason, the football team doesn’t have a starting quarterback and the basketball team doesn’t have a head coach (they have uniforms and everything else, though, supposedly.
