What’s your addiction of choice? I know you are sitting there saying “I’m not addicted to drugs or alcohol, so I’m good.” But we have SO many other addictions in this reality! How many of you are addicted to judgment? Jealousy in your relationships? Controlling your life (and usually others too)? Sex? Love? Reality TV? Trauma & drama? Depression? Pain? Ughhhhh….. What if you had access to other possibilities? Would you like an easier, happier, lighter life?? Would you be willing to choose that and drop what’s RUNNING YOUR LIFE? With any addiction, it runs you, you don’t run it!
