Hannah Pucci

Helen Charov

Helen Charov is the Executive Director of the Connecticut Invention Convention, whose mission is to foster inventing, innovating and entrepreneurship in elementary and middle school-aged children. With over 10,000 children annually involved in the program in more than half the school districts in Connecticut, the CIC is the longest continuously operating program of its kind in the nation. Helen Charov comes to the CIC from a background in high tech startups, having founded and managed her own and other high tech firms. As an entrepreneur, Helen was "hooked on" the CIC program when she first experienced the energy and enthusiasm of young inventors and entrepreneurs at the 1999 CIC finals

Danny Briere

Danny Briere is a board member of Connecticut Invention Convention. He is a serial entrepreneur having started his own firms as well as been involved in advising some 200+ firms in the telecommunications and Internet space in the past two decades. His focus is on leading edge technologies and trends, with a special interest in alternative energy, social networking, social enterprise, education, and kids.He has been involved in helping drive entrepreneurship across universities, towns, regions, and states, and continue to foster relationships to help build ecosystems to drive development and mutual growth.
