Nicole Johnson-Scales is SVP for Fifth Third Bank and overseas the banks community development efforts, charitable contributions, compliance with the Community Reinvestment Act, and various diversity efforts within the Fifth Third Bank Chicago region, which consists of 190 banking centers. She serves as chair of Fifth Third Bank Chicago Community Advisory Board, which is comprised of community leaders who provide input on the Bank’s community outreach strategy.
