Kyle Bywater is the Recreational Program Specialist for the Seattleā€™s Parks and Recreation. Kyle is responsible for planning, developing, coordinating and evaluating specialized/adaptive city-wide recreational services, activities and programs for youth with disabilities and supervising staff. He works to support specific recreational events including classes, trips, summer camps, and physical fitness activities (I.E. Special Olympics). Kyle works to raise awareness of program offerings and to plan for special events to engage the community.
