Stuart Gitlow, MD, is President of the American Society of Addiction Medicine, Medical Director for Orexo US, and Executive Director of the Annenberg Physician Training Program in Addictive Disease at Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York, NY. Dr Gitlow is on the faculty of both Dartmouth College in Hanover, NH, and Mount Sinai School of Medicine.
