Born in 1969 in Los Angeles, CA, Bobby Neuman attended UC Santa Barbara, then University of Arizona (Race Track Industry Program). Bobby Newman started his career in racing as a hot walker and groom for Charlie Whittingham then for Bobby Frankel.
