Ethan is an LED Engineering Leader at Lutron Electronics. While his early career was spent developing dimming systems for large-scale commercial projects, the last five years have been spent focusing on LED technology, especially in the area of testing and improving dimming compatibility. Jonathan Colby is a Hydrodynamic Engineer with Verdant Power, a tidal energy device developer based in New York City. He has been with the company since 2006, after completing his Masters in Aerospace Engineering at the Georgia Institute of Technology.
