Meet Laurie Marshall, just the kind of person we had in mind when we created our BFJ Radio Show, Ordinary People Doing Extraordinary Deeds. Laurie is one of the most clear, optimistic and persistent people I have ever met when it comes to the idea of creating a peaceful world in which everybody’s gifts are lifted up. Her personal journey as an artist, a teacher, a wife and a mother have laid a foundation for her profound belief in the resiliency of the human spirit, the inherent creative nature of all living things, and the ways we must honor that creativity to bring about peace on earth.
