The Sixth Chakra is the third eye Chakra & is directly related to the pineal gland. It's located in the middle of the forehead just above the brow. Once the 3rd eye is open and active the crown chakra is easy to open. Although you can't see the 3rd eye it is very open to energy directed towards it. Opening the third eye is a major step in raising consciousness. The 6th and the 7th chakra work in partnership. The element is light and the colour is indigo. Insight or inner sight is the function of the third eye chakra. It's like remembering something that you've always known. The Seventh Energy
