Michael Toner is the Manager, Social Media at Navy Federal Credit Union where he effectively uses social channels to deliver industry leading customer service to Navy Federal's members while simultaneously overseeing the organization's engagement focused social media marketing program. Toner lives with his wife, Ashleigh in Alexandria, VA and is currently pursuing his Master’s in Business Administration from Drexel University's LeBow College of Business.
