Donald Truxillo, Ph.D., is a professor of Psychology at Portland State University in Oregon. His work examines issues associated with older workers, including job design, age stereotypes, and work ability. He has published over 70 peer-reviewed journal articles and book chapters, co-edited a special issue on age in the workplace for the European Journal of Work and Organizational Psychology, and is co-editing an SIOP Frontiers book on the aging workforce.
