Wendy Parmley suffered a disabling bike accident in September 2011. Unable to return to her 20 year nursing career because of her injuries, Wendy began writing her book, which details her own healing journey following her mother’s suicide. She now sees suicide prevention and suicide survivors’ support as her new life’s work.
