We all do it on a regular basis. Sometimes we are not aware of it, and sometimes we do not mean anything by it. Sometimes we even do it to ourselves. Stereotype. At one time or another, we have all been the victims of “stereotype threat,” the risk of confirming a negative stereotype about ourselves or a group to which we belong.
