This week on "The Fame Game with MaddieRose," we welcome Chet Lake on behalf of SWIMkids USA and the Health2Fit Challenge. Chet joined SWIMkids USA in 2008, where he now serves as the Aquatics Director, as well as coach and aquatics instructor. He's an ASU grad, and is also a certified personal trainer and youth exercise specialist. Today's theme is health and fitness and we cover all areas from nutrition to training regimens.
