What is a gang? In the next hour, Bob Florez, M.A., Youth Advocate, Program Developer and Counselor will offer deep insight into the world of gangs. Are there differences between street gangs and prison gangs? Do gangs even serve a purpose? We will talk about a brief history of gangs, how are gangs defined, the impetus and role of the gang lifestyle.
