Two months ago, October 10, 2014, Susan Mellen walked out of a Torrance, California courtroom after serving 17 years in prison for a murder she did not commit. Susan was convicted of the 1998 brutal murder of her former boyfriend based on the words of a woman who had a reputation for dishonesty.
