It's that time of year where we make New Year's Resolutions for ourselves. How long do these resolutions last? What can we do to create successful habits as we move into 2015? In coaching people for the past 15 years, I have found a common denominator among people who struggle with creating positive habits in their lives. The common denominator among people whose resolutions remain unmet is lack of self worth or, in other words, the inability to love oneself first.
