January 08th 2015:Self Sovereignty with Somatic Integration

Eleanor Criswell Hanna is the co-founder of the Novato Institute for Somatic Research and Training, along with her husband Thomas Hanna (1928-1990), founder of Hanna Somatics. The exercises are ideal for overcoming bodily pain using the healing power of awareness. Hanna Somatics is revolutionary in its ability to improve health, well-being, quality of life and personal performance.
