Diane L. Swanson is Professor of Management and Edgerley Family Chair of Distinction at Kansas State University where she chairs the Business Ethics Education Initiative. She is also a Distinguished Visiting Scholar in the Center for Values-Driven Leadership at Benedictine University where she teaches executive managers.
