According to repeated lab tests performed on behalf of advocacy groups, we continue to have an excessive amount of toxins in our products. Consumer Reports Magazine says that according to their probing, one green charm, the size of a pea, sold at a well-known retailer was tested and found to contain levels exceeding 100,000 ppm of total lead. Given those levels, a child who accidentally swallowed a charm could be at risk for lead poisoning. David B Losee began his legal career in 1971 - just one year after Congress created the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. Ever since, he has been at the forefront of environmental law in Connecticut.
