In this episode, Kid Chef Eliana interviews Amber Stott of Food Literacy Center. They talk about what food literacy is and why it's important to teach people about it. They also talk about how she gets kids to eat more veggies and when the kids she teaches cooked for Jamie Oliver and Alice Waters. Eliana talks all about her trip to New York City. She visited many friends and ate many fantastic meals. Eliana also had a cooking demo at the Kids Food Fest. Her trip to NYC included lots of laughter with friends and great food filled and non-food filled adventures. Bon Appetit!
