Join Chris and his good friend and guest Jim Serger as they discuss Jim's life experiences as captured in his two books -"Go the Distance" (2011) - his love of baseball and how that helped him deal with a family crisis and "2000 Miles on Wisdom" (2015) about his charity journey on a bicycle to help a friend. Jim will also share his passionate belief in the importance of customer service in today's world. Jim Serger

Jim Serger graduated from the University of Cincinnati; Delta Tau Delta Fraternity member. He served four years in the U.S. Navy. While in the Navy, he lived in Japan for four years and served on board the USS Independence (CV-62). Jim backpacked throughout Asia numerous times; climbed Mt. Fuji, and is an avid sports fan. Jim worked at a little convenience store for six years in high school and college and in the packaged ice industry for 18 years after the Navy. In 2012 Jim rode a bicycle from Indiana to Florida for cancer. Jim currently is a operations manager with G2 Secure Staff at the Indianapolis Airport.
