Bill Rubin

Bill Rubin is a college visit expert. A former member of the admissions committees at UNC Chapel Hill and the University of Colorado at Boulder, he has visited more than 1800 college and university campuses in the US, Canada, and Europe. After working as the director at NIEP College Preview Tours, he founded and runs The College Authority, a college tour company based in Costa Mesa, California.
