Mindy Coleman will be our first guest covering legal issues and efforts surrounding the Jockeys Guild. The Guild was founded in May 1940 and has approximately 1,270 members, including active, retired and permanently disabled riders. We will examine the top contenders in the $600,000 Grade 2 Louisiana Derby and the $300,000 Grade 2 Fair Grounds Oaks at Fair Grounds and the $1,000,000 Grade 1 Florida Derby and the $300,000 Grade 2 Gulfstream Oaks both from Gulfstream Park.
