Please join us as we discuss anger and how it’s often misunderstood! We will learn the difference between “good” anger and “bad” anger; how to use anger in a healthy way to set boundaries and be assertive; and how to tell when anger is “bad”. Unhealthy anger is manipulative and holds a threat of violence. Many of us have been victimized by such as children. We’ll learn how to help our “inner child” heal from these experiences.
