With 2 weeks until the 2015 Kentucky Derby, Dick Downey will be looking at Derby prospects and trends he has discovered in handicapping the race over the years. We will also handicap the Illinois Derby at Hawthorne - a race that could produce some new players in the Preakness Stakes. Dick Downey, a native Kentuckian, is an attorney and retired Circuit Judge.
