Grover Norquist

Grover Norquist is president of American’s for Tax Reform (ATR), a taxpayer advocacy group he founded in 1985 at President Reagan’s request. ATR works to limit the size and cost of government and opposes higher taxes at the federal, state, and local levels and supports tax reform that moves towards taxing consumed income one time at one rate. ATR organizes the Taxpayer Protection Pledge, which asks all candidates for federal and state office to commit themselves in writing to the American people to oppose all tax increases. William Beach

William Beach recently joined the Senate Budget Committee, Minority Staff as its Chief Economist. He is responsible for the Committee’s economic analysis and for preparing key components of the Senate budget. Prior to this position, Beach served for 13 years as the director of the Center for Data Analysis (CDA) at The Heritage Foundation. Douglas Holtz-Eakin

Douglas Holtz-Eakin has a distinguished record as an academic, policy adviser, and strategist. Currently he is the President of the American Action Forum and most recently was a Commissioner on the Congressionally-chartered Financial Crisis Inquiry Commission. Since 2001, he has served in a variety of important policy positions. During 2001-2002, he was the Chief Economist of the President’s Council of Economic Advisers (where he had also served during 1989-1990 as a Senior Staff Economist).
