What is a phobia?
It’s an irrational or exaggerated fear or aversion to things like animals, water, flying, public speaking and social situations.
Phobias stem from negative self-judgment and thoughts like:
~I'm not good enough.
~I’m not strong enough.
~This thing is bigger than me.
~This fear is bigger than me.
