A native of Great Britain who has lived in the States since 1986, Deb earned her Bachelor degree in Education from London’s Central School of Speech and Drama. Lauren Velez is the Family and Community Services Team Leader at Avalon Housing, a Permanent Supportive Housing Agency in Ann Arbor, Michigan. The Team provides direct case management support to families who have experienced homelessness in an effort to help them maintain stable housing and improve their overall quality of life.
