Our guests will discuss disruptive behavior and addressing the impact of the behavior on safety, quality, medical oversights, staff retention and the process and methods on how to address disruptive behavior in the workplace. In addition our show will touch on current ideas and methods to make a referral, select an assessment and treatment program, monitor compliance and develop a re-entry plan for the individual who has been referred for treatment.
