During his basketball career he lead his University of Illinois team to the Final Four 1989. From there Stephen played 10 years professionally with stops in the NBA (Dallas, Detroit, and San Antonio) and overseas (France, Japan, Italy, Spain, and Venezuela). Bardo made a smooth transition into sports broadcasting and has worked with CBS and ESPN. He currently is a college basketball analyst for the Big Ten Network and motivates audiences with his presentations on leadership to youth, associations, and corporations.
