Barbara Loe Fisher

Barbara Loe Fisher is co-founder and president of the non-profit charity, the National Vaccine Information Center founded in 1982, which is dedicated to preventing vaccine injuries and deaths through public education and protecting the informed consent ethic in public health policies and laws.
