Randy Chittum
|
Randy is focused on developing leaders through coaching, team coaching, and organizational development. He is the Co-Director of the Transformational Leadership program at Georgetown University and the principal of Still Leading. In addition to coaching, consulting, and teaching, Randy has experience as an internal leader in a complex, publically traded company where he worked with leaders at all levels and co-created a succession planning program. He has worked in profit, non-profit, and educational settings. His interests are in navigating complexity and mindfulness, two things he finds prevalent in the challenges leaders face.
