Olivia Kvitne is director of Yoga for First Responders, a program under the non-profit Give Back Yoga Foundation. Yoga for First Responders provides ongoing classes, training, lectures and resources that offer systematic applications for first responders to address the struggles of Post Traumatic Stress and Vicarious Traumatization.
