Alan Morton Dershowitz is an American lawyer, jurist, accomplished author, and political commentator. He graduated from Yale Law School and went on to serve as clerk for the chief judge of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit and for Supreme Court Associate Justice Arthur Goldberg.
