Julie Kagno grew up near Philadelphia, Pennsylvania but her professional career has taken her from the U.S. to Dubai, China, India, Korea, Hong Kong and Singapore. She began her career as a hot walker and moved up through the ranks, from exercise rider to Jockey, primarily competing at tracks in Kentucky, Ohio and Indiana.
