Linda Novick, MFA

Linda Novick is an author, teacher, artist, and Kripalu Yoga teacher. She was born in 1946 and grew up in Brooklyn, N.Y. Her passion for painting began at age six with her first visit to the Brooklyn Museum. Viewing paintings by Homer, Sargent and Burchfield planted a seed that flowered throughout her life. She has traveled extensively and documented her experiences in watercolors and pastels. Linda led retreats in Peru, India, Italy, and the U.S. At age 50 she became a certified Kripalu Yoga instructor. During her 45-year career, she has taught thousands of people to paint.
