Each year in the U.S., about 2,240 cases of breast cancer are diagnosed in men, compared to about 232,000 cases in women. Because men only represent 1% of the breast cancer diagnosis, we don’t often hear about their cancer journey. With us today to inform and shed on light on male breast cancer are Dr. Oliver Bogler and Dr. Sharon Giordano. Dr. Bogler is Senior Vice President of Academic Affairs and Professor of Neurosurgery Research at MD Anderson. He also serves as its Vice President of the Global Academic Programs.
