My guest is Monica Dubay, we learn about her journey, experience, and awakening that led to her healing from acute anxiety and depression. She had questions of "who am I? and why am I afraid? She had been reading the mind training of "A Course in Miracles" and received the answers to these questions that she carried with her. This event changed her life and brought her out of emotional pain, into new understanding of the power of the mind to heal.
